Air Filter Regulator Lubricator (FRL) control unit conditions compressed air for pneumatic tools by filtering contaminants, regulating pressure, and delivering controlled lubrication. This series uses a 5μ filter element, supports 5–60°C, and includes an automatic drain valve for easier maintenance.

H2: How to Use (Workshop SOP)
- Install FRL unit close to the tool line (after compressor + tank)
- Confirm port size (1/4, 3/8, 1/2) and connect PT/NPT fittings
- Set regulated output pressure (0–145 PSI) before operation
- Fill lubricator oil to correct level and adjust drip rate (as required by tool)
- Check auto drain function periodically and inspect steel bowl protection points
