Feature
- Why use an L-Handle instead of a ratchet? A ratchet has moving internal gears that can be damaged under extreme “breaking” force. The 4600-10 L-Handle is a solid piece of forged steel with no moving parts, making it significantly stronger for loosening seized bolts.
- Is the “Clamp” on the rail rack secure? Yes. Hans uses industrial-grade spring steel for the clamps. They are designed to hold the weight of 1/2″ drive deep sockets even when the rail is mounted vertically or stored in a vibrating service vehicle.
- What is the length of the sockets? These are standard deep sockets with an approximate length of 76mm, providing the necessary depth to clear long-protruding bolts.
- Can I use these sockets with an impact wrench? No. These are Cr-V Hand Sockets. For power tool use, you must use Hans Cr-Mo (Chrome Molybdenum) impact sockets.
