- Can I use these sockets with an impact wrench? No. These are chrome-plated hand-tool sockets. For power tool use, please refer to the Hans Chrome Molybdenum (Cr-Mo) impact socket series.
- What is the benefit of the 12-point design? The 12-point profile allows the socket to seat on the fastener twice as fast as a 6-point socket, making it much more efficient for manual ratcheting in tight spaces.
- What is the material of the bits in this set? This is a standard socket set consisting of solid-body sockets made from Chrome Vanadium (Cr-V). (Reminder: Hans Screwdriver Bits are made from S2, but these are traditional nut-driving sockets).
- Is the socket rail mountable? Yes, the rail can be mounted to a wall or tool board, or kept inside a tool chest drawer for easy access.
