Feature
- What does the “2” in 2400 stand for? The “2” indicates the 1/4″ Drive category in the Hans system.
- Is there a difference in strength between 2400 and 2402? The 6-point (2400) is generally stronger for “breaking” loose stubborn fasteners because of the higher surface contact. The 12-point (2402) is optimized for “speed and access” in cramped spaces.
- Can I use these with a cordless impact driver? No. These are Manual Hand Sockets. Using Chrome Vanadium sockets on power tools can cause the tool to shatter. For impact use, please refer to the Hans 82-series (Cr-Mo) impact sockets.
