12-Point (Triple Square) Geometry: The defining professional feature. The XZN profile utilizes 12 equal-spaced spline points to distribute torsional load across a massive surface area. This architecture is “Absolute” for high-stretch fasteners where standard 6-point tools would fail or round the fastener.
S2 Alloy Steel Bit: The bit is forged from high-hardness S2 steel, induction-hardened to resist twisting and shearing. This material ensures that the sharp 12-point edges maintain their dimensional accuracy across thousands of high-torque cycles.
Forged Chrome Vanadium (Cr-V) Base: The 1/2″ drive socket portion is forged from heat-treated Cr-V. This provides the structural toughness needed for manual ratcheting and prevents the base from cracking under industrial-scale leverage.
Mirror-Polished Socket Base: Following the Hans professional standard, the Cr-V base is mirror-polished for effortless cleaning and superior corrosion resistance.
Precision Press-Fit Assembly: The bit is hydraulically pressed into the base, creating a unified tool that eliminates “play” or wobbling, ensuring 100% of the input torque is transferred directly to the XZN bolt.
