The 3120G Structural Profile is optimized for tight workspace access and chemical-resistant handling:
- PVC G-Handle Core Suffix (G): The steel handle is wrapped in a specialized, direct-dipped industrial PVC protective layer (G-handle style). This slim profile provides a comfortable grip without adding the bulk of heavy multi-component plastic handles, allowing the tool to slip easily into tight mechanical spaces.
- Chemical and Fluid Insulation: The heavy-duty PVC coating forms a seamless barrier over the steel beam. It is naturally non-porous and completely resistant to gasoline, brake cleaners, and battery acids, while insulating the operator’s hands from cold steel temperatures during winter outdoor service.
- Heavy-Duty 24-Teeth Power Gear: Features wide, precision-cut internal drive teeth that handle heavy torque loads smoothly, providing long-lasting mechanical durability on active production floors.
