FAQ Section
Why is a “滾花” (Knurled) handle better than a rubber grip? In a clean, dry room, rubber feels great. But in a real workshop full of oil and grease, rubber becomes slippery. The “滾花” (Knurled) handle on the 2120N uses the texture of the steel to create friction. It also won’t get “mushy” or fall off after being exposed to gasoline or brake fluid.
Is the 24-tooth gear strong enough? Yes. Actually, it is stronger than most 72-tooth ratchets. The fewer the teeth, the bigger they are. For a 1/4″ drive tool used in heavy-duty mechanical work, a 24-tooth gear provides a much thicker mechanical lock that can handle high torque without slipping.
How do I clean the knurling if it gets filled with dirt? Since it is all steel, you can simply use a stiff wire brush and some parts cleaner. The 2120N will look brand new and regain its full “Non-Slip” bite in seconds.
