Does the case keep the sockets from rattling? Yes. The Blow-Mould Case is designed with a precision fit for the 82400 series sockets. Each socket snaps into its designated slot, so they won’t fall out or make noise even if the case is stored in a moving service vehicle.
Are these sockets compatible with a 1/4″ hex impact driver? Yes, but you will need a 1/4″ Hex to 1/4″ Square Drive adapter. Once adapted, these sockets are fully rated for the torque levels generated by modern brushless impact drivers.
