Workshop SOP (How to Use)
- Select model by required output drive (¾” or 1″)
- Seat the output socket fully on the fastener
- Position the lever arm against a solid reaction point (no slipping)
- Apply input torque smoothly (do not exceed max input spec)
- Stop at target torque; reset/inspect reaction point before the next cycle

Q1: What is the torque multiplication ratio?
Both 6190-3 and 8190-3 are 1:3.
Q2: What’s the difference between 6190-3 and 8190-3?
6190-3 is ½” input → ¾” output (max 1500 N·m output). 8190-3 is ¾” input → 1″ output (max 3000 N·m output).
Q3: Why include a lever arm?
