• 45° SAE Flaring Logic: Precision-ground flaring cone produces standard 45-degree flares, ensuring a gas-tight, metal-to-metal seal in SAE flared fittings.
• Swaging Versatility: Includes 5 dedicated swaging adapters. This allows the technician to expand one end of a tube to fit over another of the same size, optimized for capillary and refrigerant lines.
• Master Tube Cutter: Features a heavy-duty cutter with an integrated reamer and a spare cutting wheel, capable of clean, burr-free cuts on tubing from 1/8″ to 1-1/8″ (3-30mm).
• Sliding T-Handle Yoke: The forged steel yoke utilizes a sliding T-handle for maximum leverage and controlled pressure during the flaring process.
• Hardened Flaring Bars: Two bars cover the full range of standard tubing sizes, featuring a knurled internal surface to prevent tube slippage under pressure.
