What drive size is the 6800 Series? This is a 3/4″ Square Drive Extension Bar, intended for heavy-duty industrial and commercial use.
Can this be used with an impact wrench? No. This is a Manual Extension Bar made of Chrome Vanadium. For power or pneumatic impact use, please use Hans Chrome Molybdenum (Cr-Mo) impact extensions.
Does it lock into the ratchet? Yes, the female end has a notched groove to lock onto the ratchet’s ball detent, and the male end has its own ball detent to secure the socket.
Is the knurling helpful? Yes, the knurled section allows you to spin the Extension Bar by hand once the fastener is loose, which is much faster than using a large 3/4″ ratchet.
