Feature
Technical Architecture & Mechanical Logic
- Drive Size Conversion: This Adaptor is engineered to step-up a 1/4″ drive tool to accommodate 3/8″ drive sockets. This mechanical logic is essential when a specific socket size is only available in a 3/8″ drive but the workspace requires the slim profile of a 1/4″ drive ratchet.
- Spring-Loaded Ball Detent: The 3/8″ male anvil is equipped with a high-tension stainless steel ball detent. This ensures a zero-tolerance lock on the socket, preventing accidental detachment during operation in deep engine bays or complex machinery.
- Premium Chrome Vanadium (Cr-V) Metallurgy: Drop-forged and precision heat-treated to exceed international DIN 3123 and ISO 3316 standards. The high-tensile Cr-V construction ensures the Adaptor can withstand the torsional stress of stepping up to larger socket sizes without shearing.
- Knurled Grip Logic: The outer body features a precision-machined knurled band. This provides a non-slip surface for rapid finger-turning of loose fasteners, significantly increasing throughput in oily workshop environments.
- Mirror Chrome Finish: Every Hans Adaptor is finished with a high-durability mirror chrome plating, providing maximum resistance to oxidation, chemical corrosion, and wear.
