• Un-Bored Solid Anvil Block: Standard quick-release ratchets feature a vertical channel drilled directly through the center of the 1/4″ square drive anvil to accommodate a plunger rod. Under high torque, this hollow space acts as a mechanical weak point that can cause the square tang to split or shear off. The 2100G-90 uses a completely solid steel block, maximizing core material density to distribute high stress loads evenly across the drive anvil.
• Ultra-Fine 4° Swing Arc: The internal mechanism is built around a precision-cut 90-tooth gear ring. This design enables a tight 4° swing arc, allowing technicians to efficiently click and advance fasteners in extremely restricted spaces where standard 36-tooth or 45-tooth ratchets run out of room to move.
• Dual-Directional Flip-Lever Control: Directional shifting is managed by a low-profile manual thumb lever mounted on the face of the ratchet head. This configuration ensures a smooth, snag-free head profile that minimizes the risk of catching on surrounding hoses, wire bundles, or brackets during deep-reach operations.
• Industrial Injection-Molded Grip: The handle uses a rugged, chemical-resistant molded structural plastic composite. This design provides an ergonomic, secure hold that naturally isolates the palm from temperature extremes while resisting breakdown from workshop solvents, brake fluid, and engine oils.
