1849S Plastic Cutting Plier is an adjustable flush cutter designed for injection mold plastics, including sprues, gates and small plastic runners. The offset jaw design allows cutting flush with the part surface to avoid sharp edges, while a screw-adjustable stop lets the operator control cutting depth or jaw opening for repeatable work. It is intended for plastic applications only, not for twisting, holding or cutting metal.

Adjustable screw stop
Built-in screw adjustment near the jaws (螺絲可固定式塑膠鉗) lets you set and repeat the cutting position, helping to keep all cuts at a consistent level on production lines.
Offset flush-cut jaws
Offset jaw geometry allows the plier to cut flush with the surface, reducing sharp edges and minimizing secondary trimming on molded parts.
Designed for plastic, not metal
Optimized for plastic sprues, gates and molded plastic parts. Not recommended for twisting, prying, gripping or cutting metal, which can damage the cutting edges.
Smooth, clean cut line
The diagonal cutting profile is designed to produce a smooth cut line instead of a jagged break, helping maintain part quality.
Two sizes for different workloads
Available in 150 mm (6″) and 175 mm (7″) versions to match different part sizes, access conditions and operator preference.
