Torque Multiplier Tool (Model 6194 & 8194 2-Piece Set) is a compact, high-ratio planetary gear mechanical advantage instrument designed for industrial pipeline maintenance, automotive fleet wheel service, structural assembly, and remote construction sites. Unlike bulkier multi-piece lever arm setups, this streamlined 2-piece set pairs the planetary multiplier head directly with its designated heavy-duty reaction bar. This ensures highly concentrated, safe force generation in cramped areas where standard manual breaker bars are physically too long or dangerous to operate.

The internal engineering of this mechanical force multiplier simplifies high-torque setups:
- Precision-Matched Epicyclic Gearing: Encased inside a hardened steel housing, the internal planetary gears split incoming torque symmetrically across the gear teeth. This layout dramatically reduces mechanical friction, maximizes rotational efficiency, and ensures a long tool life under heavy use.
- Standardized 1/2″ Female Input (1/2″ DR): All models in this set feature a standard 1/2″ square drive input. This allows technicians to use standard workshop clicker torque wrenches, dial wrenches, or standard manual ratchets, eliminating the need to purchase heavy, expensive high-torque input tools.
- Optimized Sizing Runway (3/4″ & 1″ Outputs):

Safety Reaction Bar & Non-Impact Torque Transmission

This safely absorbs and redirects the massive counter-rotational force generated during multiplication, preventing the tool housing from spinning and protecting the technician’s hands.
- Continuous Non-Impact Torque Output: Delivers steady, linear hand-applied torque to loosen stubborn, rusted, or high-vibration fasteners without damaging threads. This makes it a far safer option than heavy-duty pneumatic impact guns, which can cause internal micro-fractures in high-tensile structural bolts.
